I cannot say enough good things about my cardiologist Dr. Castleman. Heart disease runs in my family—my grandmother passed away at a young age, my mother has heart disease and a pacemaker, and I am living with mild heart failure myself. Having a doctor I trust completely is not optional—it’s essential.
Dr. Castleman has been both my cardiologist and my mom’s, and I truly believe we are in the best possible hands. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly brilliant at what he does, but what sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. He’s honest, straightforward, and doesn’t sugarcoat things—but he delivers the truth with compassion, kindness, and respect.
He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel seen and heard, not rushed or dismissed. His calm confidence and expertise bring real peace of mind in situations that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
I trust him wholeheartedly with both my health and my mother’s, and that trust means everything. If you’re looking for a cardiologist who is exceptionally skilled, deeply caring, and tells it like it is—this is the doctor you want.

The office employees were very friendly and professional. Dr. Bruce took time with me, answered all my questions, went over labs and offered suggestions. A very satisfying visit.. Would highly recommend .
